Dr. Vrinda Madhavan K is a senior Ayurveda doctor with over 25 years of experience, she specializes in lifestyle-related conditions, Yoga Therapy, Diet and Nutrition, and regularly conducts public health and wellness sessions on Yoga, Diet and Nutrition, and lifestyle changes in diabetes.
She holds a BAMS, M.Sc in Yoga Therapy, UGC-NET qualification, and a Diploma in Diet and Nutrition. Her educational background includes training from SDM College of Ayurveda, Mangalore University, Central University of Kerala, and NHCA Singapore. She has also completed additional certifications in Reiki Healing and Ayurvedic Cosmetic Preparations, allowing her to offer a broader and more personalized approach to wellness.
Throughout her career, Dr. Vrinda has worked across clinical, wellness, and academic settings. She began her practice at Sanjeevani Ayurveda Clinic and Yoga Centre in Bengaluru and gained extensive experience in Ayurvedic patient care and wellness management over more than a decade. She later served as Chief Doctor and Medical Director at Kasaragod District Co-operative Ayurveda Hospital, where she played a key role in patient care, clinical leadership, and treatment planning. She has also contributed to academics as a Guest Faculty in the Department of Yoga Studies at the Central University of Kerala.
Her areas of expertise include lifestyle disorder management, Yoga Therapy, diet and nutrition counseling.
