Dr. Lakshmi PG

Dr. Lakshmi PG is an passionated Ayurveda doctor who combines classical Ayurvedic treatment with a strong foundation in psychology and yoga. She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Sushrutha Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, along with an MSc in Psychology, and has also completed a Yoga Instructor Course (YIC).

She has developed clinical experience in managing conditions such as musculoskeletal disorders, gastrointestinal issues, Gynecological disorders, anxiety, depression, and other lifestyle-related concerns. Her expertise includes Panchakarma therapies, with hands-on experience in procedures like Vamana, Virechana and Basti.

During her clinical practice, she has performed over 200 Vamana and Virechana procedures and has been actively involved in patient counselling, diet guidance, therapeutic yoga, and medicine preparation—ensuring a well-rounded and practical approach to care.

Her approach focuses on identifying the root cause of illness and treating it through personalized Ayurvedic therapies, supported by diet, lifestyle modifications, and mental wellbeing practices. She believes in delivering consistent, patient-centered care aimed at long-term healing.
