Dr. Arun Lal

Dr. Arunlal K M is an experienced Ayurvedic doctor with over 15 years of clinical experience in Panchakarma and holistic health management.

He completed his BAMS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, and holds additional certifications in MHSPE, CPRME, Yoga, and Dietetics, enabling a well-rounded and integrative approach to care.

Dr. Arunlal is a Panchakarma expert, focusing on the management of joint pain, weight management, stress and tension-related conditions, along with providing supportive care for kidney and cancer conditions. His treatment approach combines classical Ayurvedic therapies with yoga and meditation, tailored to each patient’s needs and lifestyle.

He began his journey at Nochad Government Ayurveda Hospital, followed by his work at Swasthya Ayurveda Village & Panchakarma Hospital (Coorg) and Indus Valley Ayurveda Hospital (Mysore).

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, his work has also taken him internationally—practicing Ayurveda in Russia (Moscow), Ukraine (Kiev), Singapore, and Malaysia, treating patients from diverse backgrounds and health conditions.

Currently based in Bangalore, Dr. Arunlal focuses on personalized, root-cause healing and long-term wellness through Ayurveda.
