Dr. Ayush Varma

Dr. Ayush Verma is a young and committed Ayurveda doctor with hands-on clinical experience across both Ayurvedic and modern healthcare systems. He completed his BAMS from the Government Ayurvedic Medical College in Akhnoor, Jammu, and gained hands-on experience during his internship across various government hospitals.

He has worked in busy OPD/IPD settings, assisted in Panchakarma procedures like Nasya, Basti, and Abhyanga, and managed a variety of cases such as diabetes, digestive disorders, skin conditions, and women’s health concerns. His exposure also includes working in emergency care and modern medicine departments, where he supported acute case handling and basic procedures.

Dr. Ayush combines Ayurvedic principles like Dinacharya and Ritucharya with practical experience to offer effective, holistic care. His key areas of focus include: Lifestyle disorders, Digestive health, Skin diseases, Eye & ENT conditions, Diet and daily routine-based wellness.
