Dr. Reshma R Kurup is a B.A.M.S. doctor, certified Yoga Instructor, and Ayurveda Cosmetologist with a special focus on lifestyle disorders, stress management, and women’s wellness. She has 3 years of experience in yoga therapy and Ayurvedic care.

She combines the wisdom of Ayurveda with yoga and personalized care plans to support patients through issues like stress, pre and post-pregnancy health, and nutrition planning.
